Sheets Cutting

Plasma cutting is a process where a high-speed current is used of ionized gas that is sent from a constriction orifice driving the electricity from the plasma torch to the piece on which you are working. This process generates a high temperature in the sheet which melts the material and cuts it. This methodology allows you to make custom cuts, either with straight lines, curves, circles, ovals or any kind of shape, since the machine has a software that transmits the file data and cut according to the lines created.
It is ideal for cutting sheets A36, 1045, stainless steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous products.

In all our branches we offer the service of cutting plaques or sheets in qualities A36, 1045 and anti wear sheet, with electronic pantograph, supplying the parts in the forms, dimensions and quantities that are required, in thicknesses of 1/8 to 4¨.
Oxyfuel is very useful when the necessary forms for cutting are large format and the lines are straight.
