Induction - Steel Map

This induction course is designed to provide new employees and collaborators with a comprehensive understanding of Aceros Mapa S.A.S., a leading company in the distribution and commercialization of steel products in Colombia and Latin America. Throughout the course, participants will explore the company's history, mission, vision and core values, as well as its organizational structure and corporate culture.

In addition, the course addresses the portfolio of products and services offered by Aceros Mapa S.A.S., highlighting applications in various industries and additional services such as cutting, bending, and technical advice. Quality, safety and sustainability policies are emphasized, ensuring that employees understand and apply the regulations established to maintain the company's high standards.

The course also includes a module on integration and development, where opportunities for growth within the organization are presented, as well as the resources available for continuous professional development.

Finally, participants will be required to complete a final exam to assess their understanding of the material presented. This exam is a combination of multiple choice and true/false questions, designed to ensure that new employees are well prepared to contribute to the continued success of Aceros Mapa S.A.S.
